  • Fog Week
    During the second week of January 2009 EUMeTrain will organise a fog training week in which there will be series of online lectures dealing with the subject of fog with the emphasis on nowcasting fog with satellite. You are all invited to participate in this training week. You will find more information on the different lectures including the links to register here.
  • Satrep Weather Briefing
    Also in the summermonths there will be live weatherbriefings organised by Satrep Online. Note that because of the convective outlook these sessions will take place at 10UTC! The next session is planned for 24 July. You can still register for this session here
  • Convection Training Week
    During the first week of June 2008 EUMeTrain organised a successful training week on convection. The event week consisted of several online sessions dealing with the nowcasting of convection from satellite.

    For those of you have missed this event, all the sessions have been recorded and can be downloaded and play backed accordingly here.
